HACC arrests judge of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City District Court suspected of taking bribe to facilitate mobilization evasion

The High Anti-Corruption Court has arrested Oleksandr Boiarskyi, a judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City District Court, with the possibility of bail of UAH 1 million 59 thousand.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported in a telegram by the Hraty media project.
"Judge Boiarskyi is suspected of having received a bribe of $1500 from the plaintiff. In return, the judge granted the claim that the plaintiff's minor child lives with him without a mother. This decision allowed the plaintiff to evade mobilization," the statement said.
The session of the anti-corruption court was held in a closed session.
After the hearing, Judge Boiarskyi told Hraty that he pleaded guilty. According to him, he took the bribe at the request of his friend and colleague. He refused to name the latter. According to him, his colleague asked him to make a decision for a bribe for his friend.
Boiarskyi says he is going to post bail. According to him, his friends have already raised the necessary amount.
