Putin: Peace formula is ban on negotiations with Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has commented on the discussion of the Ukrainian Peace Formula in the world.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Dzerkalo Tyzhnia.
During a meeting with heads of municipalities in Russia, Putin said that former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson had allegedly ordered Ukraine to abandon the peace agreement with Russia. "What a bunch of assholes, right? If we had done that, it would have been over a year and a half ago. This just emphasizes once again that they are not independent people. This is clear to everyone. It is obvious to the whole world," the Russian dictator said.
At the same time, the Russian president called it "impossible" for the occupiers to give up the "conquests" made during the war against Ukraine. This is allegedly "understood by everyone" in Kyiv and the West.
"These so-called peace formulas, which are being discussed in the West and in Ukraine, are a continuation of the implementation of the Ukrainian president's decree banning negotiations with Russia. This is what it is. These are prohibitive requirements for the negotiation process. If they don't want to, they don't have to," Putin said.
In his opinion, the initiative on the battlefield is "completely" in the hands of the Russians, and "Ukrainian statehood may suffer an irreparable, very serious blow" if everything that is "happening" now proceeds.
