The Air Force reported a threat of ballistic missile attacks on Kharkiv.
After that, Ihor Terekhov said that Kharkiv was under a missile attack.
"Explosions are heard in the city. Be careful," the mayor wrote.
According to him, the Russians struck the city center.
"Exactly where there is no military infrastructure, and exactly where there are residential buildings," the Kharkiv mayor added.
The State Emergency Service is working at the sites of the attacks. There is information about the wounded.
