According to Ushakov, Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey is being prepared for February, and the main topic of the talks will be Ukrainian issues.
"Yes, a visit is being prepared," Ushakov told reporters when asked whether Putin's visit to Turkey is indeed being prepared for February.
Speaking about the possibility of resuming peace talks on Ukraine within the Istanbul format, he said: "I can say that the Ukrainian issue will probably be one of the main subjects of the talks."
