"No, it’s not true" - Ministry of Defense
The Ministry of Defense posted a message in a telegram saying "No, it is not true." However, it is not clear what exactly they are denying. After all, there were also rumors of Umierov’s resignation.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to a telegram from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"Dear journalists, we are responding to all of you at once: No, this is not true," the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said.
The Ministry of Defense did not specify what exactly is "not true."
According to Censor.NET's sources, the decree on Zaluzhnyi's resignation has not yet been made public. Consultations with foreign partners are currently underway.
According to the sources, Kyrylo Budanov is the main contender for the post of Commander-in-Chief.
