Terrorist accomplice detained in Kramatorsk, - Donetsk Police Head Abroskin
The Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Main Directorate in the Donetsk region Viacheslav Abroskin has announced about detention of a terrorist accomplice in Kramatorsk.
As reported by Censor.NET, he wrote about it on his Facebook page.
"Donetsk criminal police have tracked down a female accomplice of terrorists. This lady, working for one of the mobile operators in Kramatorsk, provided terrorists with porting authorization codes (PAC) to the phone numbers. Then, via operator's internet assistant they could retrieve information on subscribers' calls," Abroskin said.
"Confidential information was handed over to the so-called "head of the "DPR" police criminal investigation department" Sergei Timoshenko, born 1972, who had previously long worked in the Voroshylov district police department of Donetsk. With these codes, he had access to detailed information on phone calls of every citizen of Ukraine being the operator's subscriber," he stressed.
"This voluntary assistant will be subject to criminal responsibility under Ukrainian law. According to her, the "friendship" with terrorists has lasted for more than one month," the police head said.
Abroskin states that Ukrainian law enforcers require a special procedure and court's decision to obtain such detailed information on a particular user, while terrorists had it all handy.
