NGU spokesman Muzychuk: Ruscists are trying to advance in Orikhiv direction near Robotyne
The occupiers are continuing their offensive in the area of Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy is trying to narrow the grey zone in the areas where it has been accumulating reserves.
Ruslan Muzychuk, a spokesman for the National Guard of Ukraine, said this in the air of "Kyiv24" TV channel, Censor.NET reports.
"The main direction of the enemy's activity is Orikhivskyi near Robotyne. There, the enemy is pressing from the east and south," he said.
According to him, the enemy also became more active in the Novopavlivka sector.
"Here, the enemy is also trying to find weaknesses in our defence, improve its tactical position and occupy more favourable lines. Over the last day, the enemy fired 111 times at the National Guard positions with artillery and multiple rocket launchers," noted Muzychuk.
The NGU spokesman stressed that the situation in the south remains tense, as well as in other areas.
"The enemy is also trying to improve its tactical position and narrow the grey zone in areas where it has been amassing its units and pulling up reserves," added Muzychuk.
