Occupiers struck Kharkiv, there may be people under rubble (updated)

In the afternoon of March 20, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv. An air alert has been declared in the region.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov announced this on Telegram, Censor.NET informs.

"An explosion is heard in Kharkiv," he wrote.

Later, the head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleh Synehubov reported that the occupiers had once again struck one of Kharkiv's districts.

"There may be people under the rubble. All specialized services are working on the spot. The information is being clarified," Synehubov said.

"The occupiers may strike again. Residents of Kharkiv and the region: stay in shelters until the alarm goes off!" Synehubov later added.
