Emergency power outages are implemented in Kharkiv - Ukrenergo

On the afternoon of June 10, emergency power outages will be introduced for industrial and residential consumers in Kharkiv.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Ukrenergo.

The reason is technical difficulties in the main transmission network.
