Militants dissatisfied with amendments to Constitution: "They contradict Minsk agreements"

So, the current process has nothing to do with the Minsk agreements," the representative of the "LPR" Vladislav Deynego said.

The representative of the "DPR" Denis Pushilin also claims the adopted in the first reading constitutional amendments contradict the Minsk agreements.
Also, according to him, on Sept. 1, a video conference of the contact group will take place.
"Tomorrow we shall hold a video conference, where we will draw conclusions and name the reasons for cease-fire not to begin on Sept. 1 as was planned. Also, tomorrow there will be a meeting of the political subgroup. A "DPR" representative has already left for Minsk today. The issues to be discussed are all the same: the constitutional reform and electoral law," Pushilin said.
