Ukrainian Armed Forces received batch of low-quality mines produced by "Ukroboronprom" - Butusov. VIDEO
A batch of low-quality mines produced by "Ukroboronprom" was delivered to Ukrainian defenders at the front.
This was reported by Censor.NET editor-in-chief Yurii Butusov.
The soldiers from the frontline showed the quality of mines manufactured by Ukroboronprom.
Butusov said that he had previously published a video from another unit, where mines produced by one of the "Ukroboronprom" enterprises were delivered.
"Unfortunately, that part of the mines was taken to the warehouse to investigate the cause of the malfunction. A new video was sent from another military unit, where these mines remain in service and are not being removed. I would like to draw attention to the fact that this is a really serious systemic problem: a large number of mines produced by Ukroboronprom, supplied with public money, are of poor quality. One batch was taken away, but the same batch with defects remained. These mines need to be taken back immediately. Not only do we need to take them back, but we need to understand who planned the production of such mines and how, who is responsible for quality and how, and who is responsible for military acceptance among military leaders. Why such mines were transferred to military units without quality control, and this should be addressed and given a legal assessment," said the editor-in-chief of Censor.NET.
According to Butusov, this should be done by law enforcement agencies.
"I want to say, let's have the resilience of mortar soldiers not to test with these mines, but to take them back and not to lie about supplying this number of mines to the troops. We need to take them back, to be honest, to say that we have made a mistake. Go for an interrogation with the investigator and explain why we have made a mistake, and then put into service only those that work," the journalist concluded.
