Strike on Kryvyi Rih: number of casualties rises to 5
In the evening of 19 December, Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, partially destroying a 2-storey apartment building.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defence Council, Oleksandr Vilkul.
"The emergency rescue operation has been completed. There are currently 5 victims - a 15-year-old girl, two men aged 38 and 49, and two women aged 30 and 82. Two of them were rescued from the rubble by patrol police and the State Emergency Service. All of them are of moderate severity," the statement said.
Vilkul noted that nearby high-rise buildings and the private sector were also damaged as a result of the enemy strike.
"We are transporting patients from the nearest hospital, where all the windows were smashed, to other hospitals," Vilkul added.
