Ruscists striking at Kherson again

Powerful explosions have been heard in Kherson for the second time this morning.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

"Kherson is under attack by Russian troops again! Stay in safe places and do not go out unnecessarily," he said in a statement.
