Militants' leaders Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky to visit unrecognized South Ossetia

What's more, Tskhinvali, the capital of South Ossetia, will be visited by leaders of the unrecognized Abkhazia together with the Minister for North Caucasus Affairs Lev Kuznetsov and other Russian officials on Sept. 20.
