Fierce fighting in Kurakhove: occupiers are rushing and disregarding losses - OSGT "Khortytsia"
Heavy fighting continues in Kurakhove, where Russian attack aircraft suffer significant losses as they attempt to break through Ukrainian positions. The occupiers' losses do not stop their attempts to seize the territory.
This was reported by Viktor Trehubov, a spokesman of the Khortytsia OSGT, on the air of the United News telethon, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, 225 military clashes took place over the past day. The largest clashes took place in the area of Kurakhove, where Russian attack aircraft are trying to break through Ukrainian defense lines.
Street fighting continues in Kurakhove itself and in nearby settlements such as Dalne, Dachne, and Uspenivka. The occupiers are trying to infiltrate the combat lines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but despite their losses, they continue to try to exchange human resources for the occupied territory.
"The occupier is rushing, disregarding losses and trying to exchange manpower for territory. Accordingly, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are doing everything to ensure that each of them, each orc, gets only two square meters of Ukrainian land," Trehubov said.
The situation in the East
According to the General Staff, the enemy attacked in the Lyman sector 31 times. They tried to break into our defense near the settlements of Druzhelyubivka, Zelenyi Hai, Novoyehorivka, Makiivka, Terny, Torske and in the direction of Hryhorivka.
In the Siversk direction, our troops repelled one enemy attack near Bilohorivka.
It is also noted that in the Kramatorsk direction, the occupants attacked 14 times in the areas of Chasiv Yar and Predtechyne.
In the Toretsk direction, the aggressor made 16 attempts to advance on the positions of Ukrainian troops near Toretsk, Druzhba and Dachne.
"In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 60 aggressor's assault and offensive actions in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Myrolyubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novyi Trud, Dachenske, Shevchenko, Vovkove and Novovasylivka.
Defense Forces repelled 36 attacks in the Kurakhove direction. The occupiers were most actively trying to advance near Petropavlivka, Shevchenko and in the vicinity of Kurakhove," the General Staff emphasized.
