December 27 is declared day of mourning in Kryvyi Rih

In Kryvyi Rih, December 27 has been declared a day of mourning due to the Russian attack on the city on Christmas Eve.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Defense Council of Kryvyi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul.
"On Friday, December 27, a day of mourning will be declared in Kryvyi Rih. My sincere condolences to the families and friends," he said in a statement.
It is also noted that the city continues to eliminate the consequences of an enemy missile strike. All necessary services, 15 utility crews and 14 units of equipment are involved. Repair work is also underway to restore the contact network.
In addition, the Humanitarian Aid Center continues to operate, where the necessary materials have been brought from the city's material reserve. It provides the necessary building materials (OSB, films, slats, etc.), accepts applications for financial assistance from the city and, if necessary, for resettlement. The Center has already received applications from 17 residents whose homes were damaged, including eight applications for destroyed homes. People have also been given the materials they need now.
"Out of the 17 victims, 11 were sent to the city's hospitals, including 2 girls. 3 people (two women and a man) are in serious condition, the rest are in moderate condition and stable. Doctors are providing all of them with all the necessary assistance," he added.
As a reminder, on December 24, 2024, in the evening, Russian troops attacked Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, with ballistic missiles.
