"On Christmas Eve, the enemy attacked a residential building in Kryvyi Rih. When families return home to celebrate the holiday with their loved ones, Russia once again cynically kills. As of 18:20, one person has been reported dead. Another 11 people were injured, including a 16-year-old girl.
It is noted that as a result of the attack on residential buildings, a four-storey apartment building was damaged - part of the building was completely destroyed from the first to the fourth floor.
Shops, more than 20 cars and windows in a neighbouring building were also damaged.
Klymenko said that all relevant services were involved in the response to the attack.
Police investigative teams, a forensic laboratory, explosives experts, rescuers and medics are working at the site. The war crime is being documented and a search and rescue operation is underway.
