Three Ukrainians who got lost in mountains near border were rescued in Romania
Three Ukrainian citizens who crossed the border and got lost in the Carpathians were rescued in Romania.

On December 24, in the evening, three Ukrainian citizens who crossed the border with Romania through one of the most dangerous areas of the Maramures Mountains, called for help by calling 112. A mixed group of mountain rescuers and border police went in search of them.
In the afternoon of December 25, the head of the mountain rescue service, Sabine Cornoiu, announced that the three Ukrainians, who had been missing since the previous day, had been found alive.
The travelers were found in a very dangerous gorge. One of them suffered numerous injuries as a result of a fall, and the other two have mild hypothermia. All of them were hospitalized.
The official said that the authorities "will continue legal steps to ensure that these citizens have the right to stay in Romania," but did not say directly whether the men in question were men who had fled mobilization.
