60,000 Ukrainians entered in register of missing persons - Interior Ministry

There are 60,000 Ukrainian citizens in active search who have been entered in the Unified Register of Missing Persons.
This was stated by the head of the Department for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Bohatiuk, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform.
"Since the launch of the Unified Register of Persons Missing in Special Circumstances, more than 70,000 people who were reported missing have been entered into it. As of today, about 60,000 people are still actively searched for," explained Bohatiuk.
He added that the remaining citizens are either those who have already been identified and returned home alive, or, unfortunately, those who have been identified among the dead.
