Firm linked to Koliubaiev wins tender for UAH 115 million

"SpetsTechnika 2017" LLC won a tender for the construction of landslide protection structures in Solomianskyi district for UAH 115.08 million.

This was reported by "Nashi Hroshi", Censor.NET informs.

"By the end of 2025, bored piles, grillage, drainage and metal fencing should be installed at 21 Novovokzalnaya Street, as well as slopes should be strengthened and the area should be landscaped. Preparations include the demolition of greenery: felling 192 trees and cutting of sparse shrubs and small forests on 0.699 hectares. The project was carried out by "Kyiv Project Group" LLC, and the expertise was carried out by "Expert Project Group" LLC. The contract price is fixed and includes UAH 1.70 million for risk coverage and UAH 6.71 million for inflationary costs.

In the final list of resources, the prices of significant items are likely to be indicated with delivery, as there are dashes in the delivery column. This does not allow us to accurately compare them with the market," the journalists said.

SpetsTechnika 2017's more expensive competitors were "Osnova" LLC, which is known, among other things, as the builder of the "Holodomor Victims Memorial Museum", and David Kizimenko's "Ukrbud-Project-Reconstruction" LLC.

Currently, SpetsTechnika 2017 is owned by Kyiv-based  "Skilling" JSC, owned by Serhii Krysevych and Yulia Bohatyriova, and managed by Valentyn Bezdolnyi. According to media reports, the company is the officially declared general contractor for the construction of an office centre at 5 Akademik Filatov Street in Pechersk, which the publication associates with Vadym Stolar's entourage. Until 2022, the company was owned by Viacheslav Kosov, and until 2021 - by Volodymyr Fedosenko.

According to "Bihus.Info", in 2018-2020, Artem Koliubaiev, a business partner of the head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak, was a member of the supervisory board of the "Skilling" Foundation.
