Considering and responding to complaints - Reshetylova on her main tasks as military ombudsman

Military Ombudsman Olha Reshetylova said this during a telethon, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.

"The most important tool of the military ombudsman will be to consider and respond to complaints. We want to prescribe a very limited response time in the law. Maybe three or five days," Reshetylova said.

She said that just yesterday she received an appeal about the beating of a soldier in one of the units.

"These are the cases when it is necessary to react very quickly and involve the Military Law-Enforcement Service, law enforcement, and the high command. The task of the ombudsman and his office will be to respond quickly, not to postpone the appeal, because there are cases when the military is in danger," the ombudsman said.

Earlier, Censor.NET reported that Zelenskyy appointed Reshetylova as the military ombudsman.
