Day in Zaporizhzhia: 15 killed and 111 wounded. Enemy made 333 attacks in 12 localities (updated)
On 8 January, Russian invaders attacked Zaporizhzhia and Stepnohirsk. There were 13 dead and 109 wounded in the regional centre. In Stepnohirsk, the Russians killed two civilians and injured two others.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.
"In total, during the day, the occupiers struck 333 times at 12 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region," the statement said.
According to Fedorov, on 9 January, the enemy attacked the centre of Zaporizhzhia with FABs. Thirteen people were killed. Medical aid was provided to 113 victims, including a 13-year-old child.
"At present, 59 people are hospitalised, 10 of them are in serious condition," added the head of the military administration.
The enemy conducted air strikes on Stepnohirsk, Temyrivka and Malynivka. Also:
- 178 UAVs of various modifications attacked Lobkove, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Novodarivka and Olhivske.
- 9 attacks from MLRS hit Lobkove, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka and Novodarivka.
- 137 artillery shells were fired on the territory of Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Novodarivka and Olhivske.
"We have received 56 reports of the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure," added Fedorov.
As a reminder, on Wednesday, 8 January, Russian invaders attacked the frontline village of Stepnohirsk in Zaporizhzhia region at least five times.
On the afternoon of 8 January, the ruscists attacked the industrial infrastructure of Zaporizhzhia.
