Occupiers closed Lysychansk for civilians without local registration and Russian documents

New rules for entering Lysychansk

The Russian invaders have introduced new rules for entering the occupied Lysychansk. Now you can get into the city only with local registration and Russian documents.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Luhansk RMA Artem Lysohor.

"Previously, the occupation administration, after a thorough check, offered to issue special passes that allowed people to stay in this settlement. Now this procedure has been canceled - the town is closed. The ban applies exclusively to civilians," the statement said.

Earlier it was reported that in Lysychansk, Russians set up a military training ground near a residential area.
