Speaker of Latvian Saeima Mieriņa arrives in Kyiv
On January 14, Speaker of the Latvian Saeima Daiga Mieriņa arrived in Ukraine on an official visit.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Olena Kondratiuk.
On the morning of January 14, Kondratiuk posted a video of the meeting at the Kyiv railway station.
As she noted, this is an important visit for the development of interparliamentary cooperation and evidence of support for Ukrainian-Latvian relations.
The delegation is scheduled to meet with Ukrainian authorities and representatives of training and rehabilitation centers for the military.
Earlier it was reported that on January 14, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit.
