Since beginning of day, 64 combat engagements took place, 29 of them in Pokrovsk direction, enemy is actively attacking near Toretsk - General Staff
Since the beginning of the day, the total number of combat engagements along the entire front line is 64.
According to Censor.NET, this is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The occupiers continue to use aircraft and carry out attacks in the east and south of our country, as well as in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. The defense forces are holding the line and taking the necessary measures to prevent a breakthrough.
The invaders do not stop using artillery on the territories of the regions bordering the Russian Federation. The areas of Mykhalchyna-Sloboda and Mkhy in Chernihiv region; Ulanove, Ponomarenky, Starikove and Popivka in Sumy region; and Tymofiivka in Kharkiv region came under enemy fire.
Hostilities in the east
Ukrainian troops repelled one enemy attack near Vovchansk in the Kharkiv direction.
Ukrainian troops stopped two assault attacks near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove in the Kupiansk direction.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy is attacking in the areas of Nadiia, Novoiehorivka, Makiivka and Terny. In total, there have been seven combat engagements in this direction since the beginning of the day, one of which is still ongoing. Moreover, enemy aviation launched attacks with GABs at Zelenyi Hai, Drobysheve and Zelena Dolyna.
In the Siversk direction, the occupants tried to advance in the direction of Verkhnekamianske and were rebuffed.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled seven enemy attempts to advance near Chasiv Yar and in the direction of Stupochky, three firefights are currently underway. Mykolaivka and Stupochky came under attack from enemy air strikes.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops eight times in the area of Toretsk, Krymske and Ozarianivka. The enemy also dropped bombs on Kostyantynivka and Katerynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy attacked our troops' positions 29 times in the areas of Vodiane Druhe, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Myrnohrad, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, Andriivka, Shevchenko, Dachne, Ulakly and Yantarne, eight of the attacks are still ongoing. Pershe Travnia, Troianda and Pokrovsk were hit by GABs.
The situation in the south and north
In the Novopavlivka direction, two enemy assaults were stopped, three more attacks are still ongoing, the invaders are trying to attack the positions of Ukrainian units near Kostiantynopil, Rozlyv, Velyka Novosilka and in the direction of Pryvilne. Konstantinople and Novopil were hit by air strikes.
In the Prydniprovske direction, in the area of Kozatskyi Island, the enemy stormed our defenders' positions once today without success.
The invaders attacked our defenders three times in the Kursk direction, and the enemy launched 15 air strikes, dropping 23 GABs on the Russian territory.
There were no major changes in the situation in other directions.
