The President called for everything possible to end Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
According to our legislation, as soon as the war is over, all elections will be held. The [local elections] are the same. They should be held in the fall. We will do everything to ensure that the local elections are in accordance with the law, and according to the law, the war must end, and then [there will be] elections," Zelenskyy explained.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he had not yet decided whether he would run for a second presidential term because it all depends on how the war with Russia ends.
