Russians claim UAV attack on Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that UAVs attacked the Russian capital on the night of 24 January.

This was reported by Censor.NET.

"The air defence forces of the Ministry of Defence (of the Russian Federation - Ed.) in the Kolomna urban district and the Ramensky urban district (of Moscow - Ed.) repelled an attack by drones flying towards Moscow," Sobyanin wrote.

He also reported that two drones had allegedly been shot down in the Podolsk urban district.

Later, Sobyanin reported another alleged downing of a drone in Moscow's Troitsky Administrative District and in the city district of Shchelkovo.
