Trump does not rule out buying US weapons for Ukraine with frozen Russian assets, - Kellogg

US President Donald Trump's Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, said that the possibility of Ukraine using the profits from Russian frozen assets to buy American weapons is being discussed.
Kellogg said this on Fox News, Censor.NET reports.
Answering a question about the possibility of Ukraine using Russian assets to buy American weapons, Trump's special envoy said that "this is a topic for discussion."
"We have repeatedly talked about the use of frozen Russian assets to buy American weapons... And this will be discussed with the president," he said.
However, in his opinion, "this is not the article that will solve the problem."
Kellogg added that all possible options for putting pressure on Russian dictator Vladimir Putin are being offered to Trump so that he can choose which one to prefer.
Earlier it was reported that US President Donald Trump wants to reach an agreement with Saudi Arabia and OPEC to reduce oil prices, which could "instantly" stop the Russian-Ukrainian war.
