Consequences of enemy shelling of Sumy: 10 apartment buildings and 17 private houses, cars damaged

In Sumy, work is underway to eliminate the consequences of enemy shelling carried out by Russians today, January 26.
The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported on the operational situation regarding the elimination of the consequences, Censor.NET reports.
Consequences of the attacks
As a result of the hostile attacks, 30 buildings were damaged, including 3 non-residential buildings, 10 multi-apartment residential buildings, and 17 private residential buildings, 3 cars.
In addition, there was no water supply and electricity in the part of Pishchane village at the place of arrival.
It is noted that no one was injured as a result of the enemy attack.
Elimination of the consequences
OSB boards, plastic wraps, self-tapping screws, and tents were provided from the regional material reserve to carry out priority emergency work.
All damaged windows in Sumy and Pishchane village have been closed. Water supply and electricity have been restored in Pishchane village.
It is also reported that after tonight's "arrivals" in the regional center, the Emergency Response Headquarters was immediately launched, and an operational headquarters was additionally deployed in the area of the "arrival", which included employees of local governments, the National Police of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service, NGOs, etc.
To eliminate the consequences, 32 units of equipment and 151 people are involved - police, rescuers, utilities, representatives of local authorities of the Sumy City Council, and public organizations.
We have received 23 applications (from 21 individuals and 2 legal entities) to inspect the damaged homes and real estate and will accept 6 applications from individuals after all documents are submitted.
