Zelenskyy and Syrskyi discuss situation at the front on January 30

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy listened to a report by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi on the situation at the front and the achievements of Ukrainian soldiers in the Kursk operation.

The head of state said this in an evening video address, Censor.NET reports.

"Report for this day: Commander-in-Chief, a report on the front and the Kursk operation. There is something to recognize our brigades for. Every day we get new results at the front, and these results are the enemy's losses, Russia's losses. We continue to act actively," he emphasized.

According to him, the 225th Separate Assault Battalion and the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade are boldly and persistently destroying the enemy.

Zelenskyy also expressed gratitude to the Special Operations Forces for the effective defeat of Russian troops and equipment.

The President said that he had discussed various scenarios, tasks and prospects with the head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov.

"Today, I had a long conversation with Budanov about our tasks and prospects, various scenarios. It is important to be proactive," he added.
