Canada should become our 51st state, - Trump
US President Donald Trump has reiterated his territorial claims to Canada.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Trump's post on Truth Social.
He was outraged by the fact that the United States allegedly subsidizes Canada for no reason.
"We don't need anything they have. We have unlimited energy, we have to make our own cars, and we have more wood than we can use. Without this huge subsidy, Canada would cease to exist as a viable country. Harsh, but true! That's why Canada should become our coveted 51st state. Significantly lower taxes and better military protection for the people of Canada - and NO TARIFFs!" Trump wrote.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that Trump had signed decrees imposing duties on imports of goods from Canada, Mexico and China. Earlier, Trump published a map with Canada as part of the United States.
