Last day, Russians attacked most in Pokrovsk direction - General Staff. MAP
A total of 123 combat engagements were registered in the last day. Most of them were in the Pokrovsk sector and the Kursk region.
According to Censor.NET, this is stated in the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Shelling of Ukraine
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 106 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, dropping 169 drones and using 2,170 kamikaze drones. In addition, it carried out more than five thousand three hundred attacks, 127 of which were from multiple rocket launchers.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of Pysarivka, Ploske, Basivka, Petropavlivka, Zelenyi Hai, Pishchane, Siversk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka, Oleksandropil, Katerynivka, Rozlyv, Novosilka, Novodarivka and Huliaypole.
Combat in the East
In the Kharkiv sector, our troops repelled an enemy attack near Vovchansk.
Ten occupants' attacks took place in the Kupiansk sector yesterday. Ukrainian defense forces repelled the assault near Zahryzove and Lozova.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked 13 times. He tried to advance near Kopanky, Novoiehorivka, Novoliubivka, and Yampolivka.
In the Siversk sector, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders 13 times in the vicinity of Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk sector, three firefights were registered near Chasiv Yar and Predtechine.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out ten attacks in the Toretsk area.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 30 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of Zelene Pole, Tarasivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiivka, Andriivka and Dachne.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the occupants attacked the positions of our troops nine times, trying to break through in the direction of Kostiantynopil.
Operation in the Kursk region
In the operational zone in the Kursk region, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 28 attacks by Russian invaders over the past day. In addition, the enemy launched 61 airstrikes using 89 guided bombs and also fired 404 artillery shells at the positions of our troops and settlements, 20 of which were from multiple rocket launchers.
The situation in the South and North
The enemy did not conduct any assault operations in the Huliaypillia, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovia sectors yesterday.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of enemy offensive groups were detected.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is actively using artillery, aircraft, and attack drones from the territory of the Russian Federation in the vicinity of Ukrainian settlements.
Strikes on the enemy
Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
Over the past day, the aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 20 areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, air defense, and artillery systems of the enemy.
In total, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1210 people over the past day. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized six tanks, 22 armored combat vehicles, 35 artillery systems, two MLRS, 102 tactical UAVs, and 95 units of occupiers' vehicles.
