AFU are already receiving about 200 thousand drones to front every month - Ministry of Defense
In 2025, the level of provision of the Ukrainian military with unmanned systems, including FPV drones, increased. Now this figure is about 200 thousand units per month.
According to Censor.NET, this was stated by First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk.
"The level of provision of our military on the battlefield has not become worse than it was during the summer and fall of last year. Another issue is that if we take unmanned systems, especially FPV drones, we started the first quarter of 2024 with an average of 20 thousand per month, today this figure is about 200 thousand per month and is on the rise," he said.
According to him, it is not only about FPV drones, but also other unmanned systems.
The Ministry of Defense is currently working hard to introduce ground-based unmanned systems, he emphasized.
Havryliuk added that special attention is being paid to ensuring that these systems perform logistics, mine and demining, and evacuation tasks.
