The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service accuses Ukrainian special services of allegedly preparing to carry out a series of high-profile anti-Russian provocations.
According to Censor.NET, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service's report was quoted by the Russian propaganda news agency RIA-Novosti.
The Russian side assures that it is planned to blow up a foreign vessel in the Baltic Sea with Russian-made mines, "and to blame Russia".
This, according to Russia, will push NATO to decide to close Russia's access to the Baltic Sea.
