Russians shell village in Kupiansk district: man is wounded, houses are damaged

On the afternoon of February 15, Russian troops fired on the village of Petro-Ivanivka, Kupiansk district, injuring a local resident.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was launched.
According to the investigation, on the afternoon of February 15, Russian troops shelled the village of Petro-Ivanivka in Kupiansk district. A 59-year-old man was wounded. Private households were damaged.
