Europe will be crucial to ending war in Ukraine, - Kellogg

Keith Kellogg, the US President's Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, has emphasized the importance of Europe's participation in peace talks with Russia and Ukraine on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
He wrote about this in the social network X, Censor.NET reports.
"America First does not mean that America should be alone, and Europe's participation will be crucial to ending the war and preserving peace," Kellogg said.
He clarified that negotiations on ending the war are currently underway on two tracks: Russian and Ukrainian-allied. In this context, Kellogg is working on the Ukrainian-Union track, where Europe is an important partner. He drew special attention to the ongoing negotiations with other countries, in particular, meetings with high-ranking representatives of Denmark, Austria and Finland, which confirmed the importance of a sustainable peaceful solution for stability in Ukraine and on the global stage.
In addition, Kellogg said that during the conference he discussed with Austrian Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg the importance of China's constructive engagement in reaching a peaceful settlement, noting that peace in Ukraine must be comprehensive, just and lasting. Kellogg also expressed hope that international partners, including China, could contribute to this process.
"A lasting, credible solution to the war in Ukraine will send a strong message of our shared resolve to other actors around the world," Kellogg said.
