Russians launch massive strike on Odesa: there is no electricity, water and heat supply in part of city, - hospitals, clinics and social infrastructure facilities are left without heating.

On the night of 19 February, the Russians launched a massive attack on a densely populated area of Odesa.
This was announced by the mayor of the city, Hennadii Trukhanov, Censor.NET reports.
"As a result of a massive enemy attack on a densely populated area of the city. There is no electricity, water or heat supply in most of the buildings," Trukhanov wrote.
According to him, hospitals, clinics and social infrastructure facilities were left without heat.
The consequences of the attack are being assessed.
