US President Donald Trump believes that the Ukrainian authorities have allowed the war to continue.

Instead of condemning Russia for its daily attacks on Ukraine over the past three years, Trump partially blamed the Ukrainian government, the publication writes.
"Now you have a leadership that has allowed a war to go on that should never have happened," the US leader said.
"You should never have started it... You could have made a deal," he added.
