Russian troops attacked Kupiansk: a man was killed

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

"The Russian army struck a residential sector in Kupiansk today around 15:40," he said.

As noted, rescuers are unblocking the body of a 59-year-old man under the rubble of the house. All emergency services are working at the scene.

Earlier it was reported that in the afternoon of February 19, Russian troops attacked the territory of Ivashky village in Kharkiv region with FPV drones: they targeted the places where humanitarian aid was stored.
