Ukraine will receive €3.5bn from EU in March, - von der Leyen

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has announced that Ukraine will receive €3.5 billion in aid in March 2025.

She made the announcement at the International Summit in Support of Ukraine in Kyiv, Censor.NET reports.

"Europe is here to strengthen Ukraine in this critical moment. I can announce that a new EUR 3.5 billion payment for Ukraine will arrive already in March," the EC President said.

According to von der Leyen, not only the fate of Ukraine is at stake, but also the fate of Europe.

"So our first priority remains to empower Ukraine's resistance. So far, our Union and Member States have supported Ukraine to the tune of EUR 134 billion. That is more than anybody else," the European Commission President added.
