"The main decisions in the military-industrial complex are made by Putin personally, and a number of "collegial" bodies, specialised departments of the administration, government, and other federal authorities of the aggressor state are directly or indirectly subordinated to him. The implementation of state policy in the field of the military-industrial complex and military-technical support in russia is carried out by the Military-Industrial Commission, which has been headed by Putin himself since 2014. He also solely approves its personnel," the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine noted.
Other members of the commission's management team include Dmitry Medvedev, Denis Manturov and Sergei Shoigu.
The first deputy chairman of the commission is Dmitry Medvedev, who is a deputy of the "Russian Security Council". The other two deputies of the Commission are the First Deputy Prime Minister of the aggressor state's government, Denis Manturov, and the Secretary of the "Russian Security Council", Sergey Shoigu.
The executive body of the military-industrial commission is a board headed by one of the main curators of the Russian military-industrial complex, the Russian dictator's aide Aleksey Dyumin.
The Scientific and Technical Council of the Military-Industrial Commission is responsible for analytical and expert support of its activities, scientific research and innovation for the military-industrial complex.
To correct the problems that arose after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Putin created two more bodies:
- The Coordination Council under the Government of the Russian Federation to meet the needs of the armed forces, other troops, military formations and agencies. It includes the heads of all law enforcement agencies of the aggressor state, the economic bloc of the government and the presidential administration. The council is chaired by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin;
- The so-called "Management of the president of the Russian Federation", which controls the activities of the military-industrial complex and is responsible for international cooperation in the military sphere. It is supervised by Aleksey Dyumin.
In total, the portal contains data on 201 senior executives of the main governing bodies of the Russian military-industrial complex.
