A nighttime attack by Russian drones in the Kyiv region killed "Ukrinform" journalist Tetiana Kulyk and her husband, surgeon Pavlo Ivanchov.

She was the author and presenter of the "Nation of Invincibles" project and served as the editor-in-chief of the Main Multimedia Editorial Office.
Tetiana Kulyk was a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. She has also worked as editor-in-chief of the editorial office of social and journalistic programmes and host of the "Central Channel" (KDTRK), the World Service of Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, and as a TV presenter for the Suspilne Media.
"Tatiana Kulyk was a great journalist, she made many programmes about our struggle and our heroes. Just yesterday we were talking about preparing an interview with Kyrylo Budanov. She will always remain in our hearts and in our memory. We will avenge our colleague with materials that expose the war crimes of the aggressor. And, as Kyrylo Budanov said in this interview, all the torturers of the Ukrainian people will definitely be punished," said Ukrinform Director General Serhii Cherevatyi.
The agency's team expressed sincere condolences to the family of Tetiana Kulyk.
The press service of the Bohomolets National Medical University stated that Tetiana's husband, Pavlo Ivanchov, also died.
"As we have learned from neighbours, it is likely that Pavlo Ivanchov was at home with his wife Tetiana at the time of the hit. The rescuers have extinguished the fire, operational investigations are ongoing at the scene, and the relevant services continue to work.
According to the rescuers, the body of the deceased was found at the scene of the fire. The body found in Professor Ivanchov's house was sent for forensic examination to confirm his identity.
