Ruscists are attacking most in Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka directions - General Staff. MAP
On February 26, 110 clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded.
This is stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.
Russian strikes on Ukraine
Yesterday, the enemy launched 4 missile strikes (4 missiles) and 81 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 121 KABs. In addition, it carried out about six thousand attacks, including 109 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,557 kamikaze drones to destroy them.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Hlukhiv, Mykolaivka, Semenivka, Masheve, Vovchanski Khutory, Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, and Lvove.
Strikes on the enemy
Over the past 24 hours, the missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces have destroyed one personnel concentration area, four control points, an electronic warfare station, an artillery piece, and one other important enemy target.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy tried five times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the direction of Vovchansk, Stroiivka, and Dvorichna.
In the Kupyansk direction, five attacks of the invaders took place yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy's assault actions near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
Fighting in the East
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked five times. He tried to wedge his way into our defenses near Kolodiaz, Novolubivka, Hrekivka, and Zelena Dolyna.
In the Siversk direction, our soldiers successfully repelled the enemy's attack in the Hryhorivka area.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked five times in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Novomarkove, Vasiukivka, and Stupochky.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out ten attacks in the areas of Toretsk and Krymske.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 33 assault actions of the aggressor towards the settlements of Tarasivka, Novotoretske, Myroliubivka, Promyn, Leontovychi, Kotlyne, Udachne, Nadiivka, and Uspenivka.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy carried out 19 attacks in the direction of the settlements of Kostiantynopol, Rozdolne, Shevchenko, and Burlatske during the past day.
The situation in the South
In the Hulyaipillia direction, our defenders repelled three attacks in the direction of Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, the occupation troops twice stormed the positions of the Defense Forces in the Pyatikhatki area.
In the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy did not conduct active operations in the past day.
The situation in the North
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia directions.
The Kursk region
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their operation in the Kursk region. Over the past day, the enemy has carried out 16 airstrikes, dropping 21 KABs, and carried out 463 shellings, 36 of them from MLRS. Ukrainian defenders have repelled 18 assault actions of the invaders.
