Cabinet of Ministers has decided to transfer UAH 1.8 billion for reconstruction of Ukraine - Shmyhal

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision that will allow the National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) to transfer more than UAH 1.8 billion to the reconstruction of the country, using the confiscated funds of sanctioned persons.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced this on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"Today's agenda also includes a decision that will allow the Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) to transfer more than UAH 1.8 billion to the reconstruction of Ukraine," Shmyhal wrote.

Shmyhal noted that these funds are the result of the confiscation of assets of sanctioned persons, and now they will be directed to the reconstruction of the country.
