For first time in several months, record number of battles has been recorded in Toretsk direction, while Pokrovsk direction sees significant decline – OSGT "Khortytsia"

For the first time in recent months, or close to it, the Toretsk direction has seen the highest number of combat engagements, while the Pokrovsk direction has dropped to second place.
According to Censor.NET, citing Ukrinform, this was reported on television by Viktor Tregubov, spokesman for the Operational-Strategic Group of Troops (OSGT) "Khortytsia".
"This is probably the first time in recent months that the Pokrovsk direction has dropped to second place in terms of the number of combat engagements. It was almost always the most active. Now, the Toretsk direction has taken the lead. Meanwhile, combat activity in the Pokrovsk direction has significantly decreased, as Russian forces have quieted down there after failing to break through and advance toward the highway leading to the Dnipropetrovsk region. Following successful counterattacks by Ukrainian forces in certain areas, Russian troops are now regrouping and shifting their attacks to other locations," the spokesman said.
It is also reported that active fighting is ongoing near Toretsk, near Chasiv Yar, and in the Novopavlivka direction.
The most difficult situation is in the area around Kostiantynopil, Andriivka, and Ulakly. The situation there is extremely difficult," the spokesman added.
According to him, the enemy is experiencing supply shortages and manpower issues in the Pokrovsk direction.
"They are reporting difficulties in the Pokrovsk direction. It is understandable because, firstly, they have overextended into a long "gut" in an attempt to encircle the city, and this "gut" has started to collapse. Secondly, they have suffered significant losses, and they are now reporting a severe shortage of drones and even personnel," Trehubov said.
