Most intensive work with Trump’s team so far is underway – Zelenskyy
Ukraine is currently working intensively with the team of US President Donald Trump at various levels.
This was announced in an evening video address by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Censor.NET reports.
The head of state said that work is underway on appropriate steps with partners who "want peace as much as we do."
"Next week, there will be a lot of work here in Europe, with America, in Saudi Arabia - we are preparing a meeting to accelerate peace and make the security foundations strong. Today, the most intensive work with President Trump's team has been going on all day at various levels, with many calls. The topic is clear - peace as soon as possible, security as reliable as possible," the head of state said.
Zelenskyy added that Ukraine is determined to be as constructive as possible."
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the teams of Ukraine and the United States had resumed work and a "substantive meeting" could take place next week.
According to Fox News, the delegations of Ukraine and the United States will meet in the Saudi capital Riyadh next Tuesday, March 11.
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry believes that the meeting between the US and Ukraine in Riyadh is an opportunity to sign an agreement on minerals.
