US almost resumes intelligence sharing with Ukraine - Trump

US may restore access to intelligence

US President Donald Trump has said that Washington may resume sharing intelligence with Ukraine. According to him, the United States is close to making such a decision.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Reuters.

Trump said he expects good results from the upcoming talks between US and Ukrainian officials in Saudi Arabia.

Asked whether he was considering resuming information sharing, Trump said:

"We just about have. We just about have."

As for the talks in Saudi Arabia, he said the following: "We're going to make a lot of progress, I believe, this week."

As a reminder, the exchange of intelligence was blocked by the White House along with other military aid to Ukraine.

French Foreign Ministry spokesperson Christophe Lemoine said that Europe would try to compensate for the intelligence that the US had stopped providing to Ukraine. This issue was discussed during a special EU summit in Brussels.
