British intelligence: Ukrainian forces carried out series of counterattacks near Pokrovsk

Situation near Pokrovsk

In the area of Pokrovsk, where the main units of Russian troops are concentrated, Ukrainian forces carried out a series of counterattacks.

This is stated in an intelligence report published by the British Ministry of Defense, Censor.NET reports.

It is noted that Russian troops are putting pressure on Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation from the west, north and east. Ukrainian forces are likely to maintain control over an area of approximately 300 square kilometers.

At the same time, Russian troops continue to conduct fewer offensive operations on the front line compared to late 2024 and early 2025.

British intelligence reports that in the area of Pokrovsk, where the main occupation units are concentrated, Ukrainian forces launched a series of counterattacks near Pishchane, Udachne, Shevchenko, and in the area of the T-05-06 logistics highway.

"Opportunities for Ukrainian counteroffensives have improved due to a decrease in the number of ground offensives conducted by Russia. Russian supply lines towards Pokrovsk were also weakened by attacks by Ukrainian FPV drones," the report added.
