German government does not expect ceasefire agreement soon

The German government has stated that it does not expect a quick truce.
According to Censor.NET, citing Tagesschau, this was stated by German government spokesman Steffen Gebestreit.
He noted that Russia is still quite reluctant to agree to a truce.
"It will take some time," Gebestreit said.
As a reminder, on Tuesday, March 17, the Bundestag is to make a decision that will strengthen European security and increase aid to Ukraine.
