Enemy is trying to expand bridgehead on right bank of Oskil, - commander of "Achilles" battalion of 92nd Separate Assault Brigade Fedorenko

Fighting is ongoing on right bank of Oskil

The enemy is trying to deploy manpower to the right bank of Oskil and expand the captured territory. In addition, they are preparing to set up crossings.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the commander of the 429th separate regiment of unmanned systems "Achilles" Yurii Fedorenko on "Suspilne News" TV channel.

According to him, the ferries will guarantee the Russians a stable supply of ammunition, new soldiers and lightly armoured vehicles to the right bank. However, the occupiers cannot build pontoons yet, as Oskil remains under the control of the Defence Forces and Ukrainian drones. However, the enemy does not give up trying.

"The enemy just needs to wait for the weather conditions when thick fog rises. You know, spring is the period of thick fog. After that, the enemy takes rubber boats, even rafts, sometimes tyres, and tries to cross to the right bank," said Fedorenko.

"Achilles" drones are constantly destroying the enemy. However, a certain number of stormtroopers swim to the right bank, strengthening the right bank foothold.

"Undoubtedly, the enemy needs to expand its foothold. To do this, it is necessary to occupy several more settlements and ensure the stable logistics of the grouping on the right bank. Therefore, the enemy is sparing no effort and drowning personnel in the Oskil River, trying to expand the right bank bridgehead as much as possible so that the reach of our means to the river banks is less," said the commander of the 429th separate regiment of unmanned systems "Achilles".

As a reminder, the occupiers forcing the Oskil River in Kharkiv region are using a new tactic - now they are accompanying infantry groups with reconnaissance and attack drones.
